I am new to automation. Want to learn something solid for career and also use in my office for repetitive excel tasks. Which one is easier to start?

Power Automate is best if your company already in Microsoft ecosystem. You can automate SharePoint, Outlook, Excel easily without coding.

UiPath is still the most beginner friendly. Tons of YouTube learning, job demand also good.
Automation Anywhere A360 UI is good but learning curve is little steeper.

Career-wise UiPath > AA > Power Automate.
But for quick business wins, Power Automate is cheapest to deploy. Depends on your goal.
