I keep seeing posts about big companies using UiPath and Automation Anywhere. But not much about small teams.
Is RPA even worth it if u only have 10–20 employees? I want to automate invoice entry + email sorting but not sure cost makes sense.

We use Power Automate in a 12 member accounting team. Not full blown RPA but still helps.
Automated our daily vendor payment reminders and GST report combining. Costs are low bcuz PA is part of Microsoft 365 license.

UiPath Community edition is free. You can build bots and run unattended with some limitations. But training your people is the main cost actually.

If your workflows are stable and rules-based, RPA is perfect. But if data changes format often, you will keep updating your bot.
For small companies, start with email classification + data extraction first. High ROI.

We saved approx 5–6 hrs daily by automating PDF-to-Excel conversion using UiPath intelligent OCR. Works well if lighting/scanning quality is good.
